People with stronger muscles can incur an additional cost of £30. this would be discussed in our consultation.

How long do results last?

Botox results typically last between 3 to 4 months. Regular maintenance treatments are needed to keep your skin smooth and youthful. It is advised to achieve a consistent wrinkle-free appearance clients commit to a treatment every 3 months for the first 3-4 sessions. This provides a more consistent treatment and reduces the likelihood of wrinkles returning. Clients who have followed this plan are often able to move treatments to once every 4 months.

Is botulinum toxin Botox?

Yes, Botox® is one of the most widely known brands of botulinum toxin injections and has become the word most commonly used when referencing this treatment. While we do not routinely use the brand Botox®, the results of our botulinum toxin treatments are the same. We commonly use Azzalure which is also botulinum toxin A but a different brand, specifically formulated for cosmetic purposes.

What should I expect from a Botox treatment?

It is important to have a consultation with our independent nurse prescriber prior to your first treatment with us. You will also receive a health questionnaire and consent form to allow us to tailor your treatment plan to you. You can book your consultation and your treatment at the same time ensuring there is a gap of one week. This is only required for your first treatment.

The treatment will start to work within 3 or 4 days and optimum results achieved within 10-14 days. You will be offered a review after your first treatment, this is included in the treatment price.
